While he prefers to work with each client in person, Roger also assists his out-of-town client’s online. His focus on strict form and long-term results through constantly changing and demanding functional workouts make training with Roger a life changing experience.

As a personal trainer, Roger has assisted hundreds, if not thousands, of people achieve their goals and change their lives. As the co-founder and owner of MuscleJournal.com from 1999-2003, he shared his abundance of knowledge on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle- aiding fitness enthusiasts seeking information and inspiration via the worldwide web.
During his sixteen-plus year career, Roger has worked with supplement industry leaders like Met-Rx, Experimental and Applied Sciences (EAS), Weider and Mile High Publishing. Whether it’s educating and motivating his clientele or working with large corporations, Roger is steadfast in his attempt to lead by example and help “spread the word” of physical fitness around the world.
As a fitness model, Roger has graced numerous covers including Muscle Media, Men’s Fitness Magazine and The Sports Supplement Review (3rd and 4th Ed.), and modeled for numerous industry sports supplement advertisements.
Roger is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and has held certifications with The National Academy of Sport Medicine (Advanced), The International Sports Sciences Association and The Professional Fitness Instructor Training through the Baylor College of Sports Medicine.
Roger currently works with his clients at Houston’s premiere fitness facility, Fit Athletic Club.
